Exchanges are eligible within 14 days of receiving the item in the following cases:
- Incorrect size.
- Damaged or incorrect goods.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect (size or item does not match the order), we will happily cover the shipping fees. If you want to change clothing size (and were given the size you ordered), we can exchange but we do not cover the shipping fees.
Though rare, a product may slip through quality control with defective stitching, or a misprint that fades after the first wash. If this happens, just send us a photo, and we’ll sort out a free replacement for you.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
