At Dead Banana, we firmly believe life is way too short to spend it dressed like a beige wall in a dentist's waiting room.

The Story

Dead Banana was born out of a quiet existential crisis in front of a closet full of sad grey fabric. You wake up, drag your body out of bed, stare into the abyss, and try to convince yourself that adulthood is going well. It isn't, but at least your outfit can reflect the beautiful chaos. We started this brand to make bold, sarcastic, conversation-starting apparel that matches the low-key existential dread we all feel on a Tuesday afternoon.

Why "Dead Banana"?

Because life is essentially a race against decay. You buy bananas with high hopes of becoming a healthy, functional person, only to watch them rot on your counter while you eat cold pizza for breakfast and ponder the inevitability of time (damn, in my 40s now). That is the exact energy we embrace here. Unfiltered, slightly unhinged, and completely comfortable with the void. Actually, not that comfortable.
